Planting and Growing Guide for Climbing Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris, Phaseolus coccineus)

Description

Climbing beans require support which can take many forms: trellis, stakes, string strung between garden stakes, fences and even up trees or branches cut from trees and shrubs. Beans grow best in relatively rich soil soil that are well-drained but with lots organic matter to retain moisture and feed the growing plants.
